 - The tickets will be fetched from ACUT System.
 - The current implementation fetches trouble tickets based on the account number.

- NEW
 - ACKNOWLEDGED
 - ASSIGNED
 - CLOSED
 - CREATION
 - DISPATCHED
 - GIVEN

 - Possible priority values are:
- 1 - High
 - 2 - High
 - 3 - Medium
 - 4 - Medium
 - 5 - Low
